Ok, so once again I don't have a before for this one, but basically, I am an XS, and this jacket was a Medium. Not only that, but it was also like a foot longer. I shrunk this down by turning the jacket inside out, and then I put a shirt that fits me tightly on top of it, and then I sewed the jacket to match the size of the shirt, and cut off the excess fabric. As for the bottom, I just cut it to a nice length and saved the foot of fabric. Yay! (The extra fabric will come in handy for the next post.)
